Stability issues are most often related to connection issues, but there are some troubleshooting things you can do, depending on your device. If you’re using TuneIn on a PlayStation or Xbox game console, the troubleshooting steps are essentially the same as those listed for mobile and Roku devices.
TuneIn keeps crashing: Android and iOS
There are several things you can do to diagnose TuneIn crashing on iOS or Android, but the first step should always be to restart your device. Sometimes a simple reboot can fix most issues. While you’re at it, it’s a great time to check your WiFI or mobile data connection and make sure there aren’t any outages or anything that could interfere with the proper functioning of the app. . If TuneIn keeps crashing, the next step is to clear the app cache.
Clear cache on iOS and Android
Clearing an app’s cache removes any downloaded files that may interfere with its operation, but it also clears app data, including custom settings. To clear the TuneIn cache:
- Press the Settings icon on your device.
