Restoration work on infrastructure, including radio and television stations, continues in the liberated lands of Azerbaijan.

In this context, television and radio broadcasts were launched in the city and more than 10 villages in the Zangilan region. Eight TV channels and two radio channels are broadcast through the 30-meter tower in the village of Minjivan.

On October 4, 2021, TV and radio broadcasts were launched in the liberated Kalbajar region of Azerbaijan. Eight television channels and one radio channel are broadcast in the city itself and in the 15 neighboring villages in the region.

From December 31, 2020, television and radio broadcasts were re-established in the towns of Shusha and Khankandi, in the regions of Khojali (Khojaly), Aghdam and Barda, as well as in the surrounding settlements.

At present, the agencies concerned are working to restore radio and television broadcasting in other liberated areas. By the end of 2021, it is planned to restore the Shahyeri station located in the village of the same name in the Khojavand region.

In April, Caspian International Broadcasting Company LLC (CBC FM radio station) was declared the winner of the tender for the opening of a radio station in the Azerbaijani region of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Currently, work is underway to restore the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan will proceed with the reconstruction of its recently liberated territories in four stages. The initial stage includes solving the problems of governance and security, infrastructure, while the following stages include solving the problems of social service activities, reconstruction and development of the economy.

Azerbaijan has allocated $ 1.5 billion for the reconstruction of the liberated territories in 2021. These funds will be used in particular to restore infrastructure (electricity, gas, water, communications, roads, education, health, etc.), as well as cultural and historical. the monuments.
