CBC FM radio station begins broadcasting in liberated lands

Azerbaijani radio station CBC FM has started broadcasting in the recently liberated territories of the country, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technology reported.

The radio station is broadcast in the liberated regions of Shusha, Khankendi, Khojaly, Aghdam, as well as in the regions of Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Barda, Goranboy, Goychay, Gabala and neighboring settlements.

The broadcast was launched on May 7 by the production association of the ministry “Broadcasting radio-television and satellite communications” in stereo mode at the frequency 102.7 MHz via the Azerspace satellite and the radio-television station Shusha with transmitter FM with a capacity of 2 kW from the CBC radio channel.

It should be noted that on December 30 of last year, Shusha TV and radio station started broadcasting 11 TV channels, including CBC TV, and two FM radios.

Earlier in April, the Caspian International Broadcasting Company LLC (CBC FM radio station) declared the tender winter for the opening of a radio station in the Azerbaijani region of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Currently, work is underway to restore the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan will carry out restoration and reconstruction works in its recently liberated territories in four stages. The initial stage includes solving the problems of governance and security, infrastructure, while the following stages include solving the problems of social service activities, reconstruction and development of the economy.

Azerbaijan has allocated $ 1.5 billion for reconstruction works in the liberated territories in 2021. In particular, these funds will be used to restore infrastructure (electricity, gas, water, communications, roads, education, health, etc. .), as well as cultural and historical. the monuments.
