The first item on the agenda of the meeting was the expansion of radio broadcasting areas of Azerbaijani Radio, State Radio and Azad (Free) Azerbaijan Radio stations in eastern Zangazur and Karabakh.
Thus, based on the calls received from CJSC Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting, State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, Azad Azerbaijan Television and Radio Company, the Council held discussions on the allocation of frequencies for FM broadcasting from various radio and television stations located in the area.
Following discussions, the Broadcasting Council decided to transfer the 100.5 MHz radio frequency of the Minjivan automatic radio and television station from Zangilan, the 103.5 MHz frequency of the radio and Gubadli’s Khanlig Auto TV and the 105.0 MHz frequency of Kalbajar Auto TV and Radio Station in Azerbaijan. Meanwhile, the 99.5 MHz radio frequency in liberated Zangilan and the 101.5 MHz frequency in Gubadli district have been transferred to the state-owned broadcasting corporation, while the 92.1 MHz of Shaheri Auto Radio and TV Station from Khojavand – in Azad Azerbaijan TV and Radio. company.
